Which version of MS Access is installed in my Computer? ....
  • Click your Start button
  • Select All Programs
  • Select Microsoft Access
....
  • Select Help
  • Then select About Microsoft Access

The dialogue box will show your Microsoft Access version.

If you experience error messages  it is most likely that your installation of Access needs updating.

Microsoft Access installation shoud be  up to date with all service packs.

Visit the Microsoft® Office Update site and then click on the "Check for Updates" link. This will check your PC and let you install any recommended updates for your version of Office.
